The proposals include 85 graduate rooms with student study rooms and ancillary spaces. To facilitate the development there is to be a new footpath link connecting back to Hughes Hall on the opposite side of Fenner’s; a new changing room extension for the adjacent Indoor Cricket School and a new gated entrance to the footpath.
