Planning has
been submitted to Brighton and Hove City Council on behalf of the Hyde Group
for development of 113-119 Davigdor Road in Hove.
The
proposed nine storey, mixed use building will house office space on
the ground floor; 76 apartments on the upper floors (many commanding sensational
views of the city and nearby seafront); as well as underground parking for 35
cars. RHP have consulted with landscape architect Nick Dexter on the design of
the feature community space to the south of the site.
