Sustainable Suburbia

We have recently completed the radical overhaul of a typical 1920's Surrey suburban house, improving and extending the living space whilst ensuring the thermal performance of the building envelope is upgraded to current standards.
Remodelled Garden Facade
This extensive refurbishment project included a two storey extension to the rear of the property, a single storey extension to the garage, and the conversion of the loft space. The project added a new open plan living area for the family, two new bedrooms and three additional en suite bathrooms to the house.

The Suburban Villa

The entire house has a Passivent heat recovery assisted ventilation system installed(MVHR).  Under floor heating was installed throughout the entire ground floor and in the bathrooms.
For family entertainment a Sonos audio system provides music to the majority rooms within the house (including the bathrooms), and each bedroom has its own data point for internet access.  This is all controlled in a designated server room / store.
