The new Dartford Business Centre, located on the site of the former Unwins depot is now well underway on site. R G Carter were appointed in August, and following last weeks official ground-breaking ceremony are working towards completion in Spring 2011.

The project has been led by SEEDA and funded by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA). The BASE will form part of the wider regeneration of the Northern Gateway West area of Dartford Town Centre.
"The 30,000 sq ft landmark building, which will be called The Base, will encourage and support small and starter businesses in the North West Kent andDartford area.
The new buildings will include office and studio workshops and be managed by Basepoint Developments Limited.
