NW Cambridge Appointment

RHP are very pleased to anounce that we have been selected to be part of the team delivering the NorthWest Cambridge urban extension for the University of Cambridge.

RHP have been selected to design 300 post-graduates rooms at the heart of the development, we're delighted to be part of the team and excited to be working with the client and masterplanning team (Aecom) and Wilkinson Eyre with Mole Architects; Mecanoo; David Chipperfield Architects; Cottrell Vermeulen Architecture with AOC and Sarah Wigglesworth Architects; MUMA and landscape architects from Aecom and Townshends.

Better than the Best Ever?

The Thomas Paine Study Centre (TPSC) at the University of East Anglia (UEA) designed by RHP has been described as possibly one of the best buildings ever following a Building Use Study (BUS) carried out by the Useable Buildings Trust/Bill Bordass as part of an ongoing review process by UEA with the benefit of a Technology Strategy Board grant.

The Elizabeth Fry Building at UEA has been described by Building Magazine as one of 'the best buildings ever' and had previously ranked top in BUS studies, but in conclusion the BUS study of TPSC concluded...

"TPSC now scores even more highly than the Elizabeth Fry Building, which was, when originally surveyed, one of the most well-liked buildings by its occupants in the whole database."

Impington Lane Housing Phase 1



The first phase of our Impington Lane housing development on the former Unwins seed factory completed earlier this year, the first phase includes a range of 3 & 4 bedroom houses and 1&2 bedroom apartments.
